Clerical Medical to redeem €387.93 million of 4.25% bonds on June 24

Norfolk, Va., April 30 – Clerical Medical Finance plc plans to redeem €387,934,000 of its 4.25% bonds, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The notes (ISIN: XS0222798661) will be redeemed at par on June 24.

Clerical Medical is a United Kingdom-based provider of pensions and investments.
