St. Louis, April 12 - Clarke American Corp. will begin a roadshow on Monday for its $615 million two-part offering of eight-year senior notes (Caa1), according to market sources.

The San Antonio-based financial products and services company is offering floating-rate notes, which will come with two years of call protection, and fixed-rate notes that will come with four years of call protection.

Pricing is expected late in the April 23 week.
