New York, March 4 - Citigroup Inc. priced $2,302,000 of 0% barrier securities due March 2, 2018 linked to the iShares China Large-Cap ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final fund level is greater than or equal to the initial fund level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of the fund return.
If the final fund level is less than the initial fund level but greater than or equal to the 65% barrier level, the payout will be par.
If the final fund level is less than the barrier level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final fund level is less than the initial fund level.
