New Issue: Citi prices $2.72 million buffered digital plus notes linked to Dow

Tacoma, Wash., March 28 - Citigroup Inc. priced $2.72 million of 0% buffered digital plus securities due March 30, 2017 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 20% and the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
