New York, May 1 - Citigroup Funding Inc. priced $5.31 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 30, 2013 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any increase in the index, subject to a maximum return of 10%.
If the final index level is less than the initial index level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
