Moody's: BorgWarner view to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the senior unsecured ratings of BorgWarner, Inc. at Baa2.

The outlook was changed to positive from stable.

Moody's said the positive outlook is supported by the company's leading position as a supplier of engine and drivetrain products which improve automotive fuel economy, emissions and performance, and by the company's strong credit metrics and free cash flow generation.
