BlueMountain Fuji EUR CLO II rated notes may be refinanced

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 8 – BlueMountain Fuji EUR CLO II DAC said some holders of its subordinated notes have contacted the investment manager to assess options available that may lead to an optional redemption of some or all of the rated notes on or after Nov. 8, according to a London Stock Exchange notice.

The following are affected:

• €207.8 million class A senior secured floating-rate notes due 2030;

• €44.7 million class B senior secured floating-rate notes due 2030;

• €20.6 million class C deferrable mezzanine floating-rate notes due 2030;

• €17.5 million class D deferrable mezzanine floating-rate notes due 2030;

• €22.5 million class E deferrable mezzanine floating-rate notes due 2030;

• €9.8 million class F deferrable junior floating-rate notes due 2030; and

• €35.8 million subordinated notes due 2030.
