S&P: Boardwalk Pipeline view negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on Boardwalk Pipeline Partners LP to negative from stable and affirmed its BBB corporate credit rating.

The action reflects concerns about increasing business and financial risk at Boardwalk, the agency said.
