BofA sets talk for fixed-rate notes, fixed-to-floaters in three parts

Knoxville, Tenn., July 15 – Bank of America Corp. intends to conduct a three-tranche offering of two parts of fixed-rate senior notes due July 21, 2031 and July 21, 2052 and an add-on tranche to its 1.734% fixed-to-floating-rate notes due July 22, 2027, according to market source.

The 2032 notes are being talked in the Treasuries plus 125 basis points area and the 2052 notes are being talked in the Treasuries plus 130 bps area.

For the fixed-to-floaters, talk is set in the Treasuries plus 100 bps area.

BofA Securities Inc. is the bookrunner.
