Bank of America to sell $130 million fixed-rate notes in two tranches

Knoxville, Tenn., May 17 – Bank of America Corp. intends to price fixed-rate callable notes in two tranches, with $30 million due May 14, 2024 and $100 million due May 14, 2026, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Both notes may be called on May 14, 2022 and any call date after that.

BofA Securities Inc. is the bookrunner.

The financial services company is based in Charlotte, N.C.
