Moody's rates Bradesco $750 million notes Baa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa2 long-term foreign currency debt rating to the $750 million subordinated notes due September 2019 issued by Banco Bradesco SA through its Grand Cayman Branch.

The outlook is positive.

The agency noted that the subordination of the notes was taken into consideration by applying a one notch differential off Bradesco's A1 global local-currency deposit rating.
