New Issue: Maryland Transportation prices $135.96 million of airport revenue bonds

New York, Nov. 29 - The Maryland Transportation Authority sold $135.96 million of series 2012 passenger facility charge revenue bonds for the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, said a pricing sheet.
The deal included $92.07 million of series 2012B revenue bonds and $43.89 million of series 2012C variable-rate bonds.
The 2012B bonds are due 2014 to 2027 with 2% to 4% coupons.
The 2012C bonds are due June 1, 2032 and bear interest at the weekly rate.
The bonds (A2/A+/A) were sold competitively.
Proceeds will be used to finance land acquisition and the construction of airport facilities.
