AES Thames reports $1.25 million February net loss on zero revenues

Savannah, Ga., April 4 - AES Thames, LLC reported a $1.25 million net loss for February on zero revenues, according to its monthly operating report filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company had $11 million in unrestricted cash and cash equivalents at Feb. 28.

The report was AES Thames' first since filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Feb. 1.

Uncasville, Conn.-based AES Thames is a wholly owned subsidiary of the AES Corp. unit AES Connecticut Management, Inc. and operates a coal-fired power plant in Montville, Conn. The Chapter 11 case number is 11-10334.
