New York, Aug. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.1 million of 0% digital barrier notes due July 28, 2023 linked to the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final share price is greater than or equal to the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 40%.
If the final share price is less than the initial share price but greater than or equal to the barrier level, 60% of the initial share price, the payout will be par.
If the final share price is less than the barrier level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines from the initial share price.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
