New Issue: BofA prices $1.11 million capped buffered enhanced return notes on ARK Innovation

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 17 – BofA Finance LLC priced $1.11 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced return notes due Aug. 7, 2026 linked to the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any gain in the ETF, up to a to the maximum redemption amount of par plus 61%.

Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

BofA Securities, Inc. is the selling agent.
