S&P pulls A2Z Wireless from watch

S&P said it affirmed all of its ratings on A2Z Wireless Holdings Inc. (Victra), including its B issuer credit rating, and removed them from CreditWatch, where the agency placed them with negative implications on March 17.

“While we expect a modest leverage increase in 2020, we anticipate a moderate recovery in the second half of the year, with credit metrics remaining at levels we consider appropriate for the current rating. Also, Verizon’s support during the pandemic has provided increased visibility regarding the company’s ability to keep a sufficient liquidity cushion over the next few quarters,” S&P said in a press release.

The outlook is negative.
