Atlantic Power to fully repay credit facility with sale proceeds

Minneapolis, Jan. 31 - Atlantic Power Corp. plans to use the proceeds from its Florida projects sale to fully repay its senior credit facility, according to a news release.

The facility is expected to have an outstanding balance of about $67 million at close.

The company will also use proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Atlantic Power is a Boston-based independent power producer.
