American Achievement in talks to push out revolver maturity date

New York, May 11 - American Achievement Corp. is looking to amend its credit facility to extend the maturity of the revolver and is in discussions with the administrative agent about the proposal, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

In addition, the amendment would favorably modify certain financial and other covenants, including covenants relating to maximum leverage and minimum interest coverage.

American Achievement is an Austin, Texas-based provider of commemorative jewelry, class rings, yearbooks, letter jackets and other jewelry.
