Olympia, Wash., March 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.51 million of 0% digital notes due April 15, 2021 linked to the Amazon.com, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The guarantor is JPMorgan Chase & Co.
A trigger event will occur if the stock every closes below 70% of its initial level on any day during the life of the notes.
If a trigger event hasn’t occurred, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10%.
If a trigger event has occurred but the final level of the stock is greater than or equal to its initial value, the payout will be par.
If a trigger event has occurred and the final level of the stock is less than its initial value, the payout will be par plus the return of the stock with full exposure to the decline.
