Alon Blue Square trustee says debenture payment date postponed

New York, June 16 – Alon Blue Square Israel Ltd.’s trustee announced the payment of principal and interest on the company’s series C debentures was delayed, according to a notice from the company.

The record date for the payment is now June 27 and the payment date is July 10, the statement said.

The payment has been delayed multiple times. Earlier this month, the payment date was delayed to July 3.

Based in Yakum, Israel, Alon Blue Square is a holding company for a variety of companies, including real estate subsidiaries.
