ALCO Stores shows November net loss of $55.58 million, revenue bump

New York, Jan. 13 – ALCO Stores, Inc. reported a $55.58 million net loss during November on revenue of $128.26 million, according to its monthly operating report filed Jan. 13 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Those numbers compare with a net loss of $6.84 million on net revenue of $20.62 million from Oct. 13 to Nov. 2.

The company also reported $7.09 million in cash as of Nov. 30, increasing from $2.94 million as of Nov. 2.

ALCO is a Coppell, Texas-based broad-line retailer primarily operating in underserved communities. The company filed for bankruptcy on Oct. 12 under Chapter 11 case number 14-34941.
