7677 East Berry won't seek approval of statement at Sept. 9 hearing

Pittsburgh, Sept. 2 - 7677 East Berry Avenue Associates, LP said it will not seek approval of its disclosure statement at the disclosure statement hearing previously scheduled for Sept. 9, according to an update filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

The company said it is not withdrawing its proposed plan and disclosure statement at this time.

7677 East Berry, Everest Holdings, LLC and EDC Denver I, LLC are the owners of the Landmark Residential Condominium tower in Denver. The companies filed for bankruptcy on Aug. 28, 2009. The Chapter 11 case number is 09-28000.
