Diocese of Sacramento’s official committee of unsecured creditors set

Olympia, Wash., April 16 – The Diocese of Sacramento had its official committee of unsecured creditors appointed, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.

Nine individuals were appointed to the committee.

The Sacramento, Calif.-based diocese filed bankruptcy on April 1 under Chapter 11 case number 24-21326.
