Former Pegasus Home seeks extension of exclusive plan periods

By Sarah Lizee

Olympia, Wash., March 20 – PHF, Inc., formerly Pegasus Home Fashions, Inc., is seeking an extension of its exclusive periods to file and solicit votes on a Chapter 11 plan, according to a motion filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company asked the court to extend the exclusive plan filing period by 90 days through June 20 and the exclusive solicitation period by 90 days through Aug. 19.

The debtor has already filed a Chapter 11 plan, as previously reported.

The company said it is filing the motion out of an abundance of caution.

A hearing is scheduled for April 24.

The Elizabeth, N.J.-based company manufactures bedding and home products. The company filed bankruptcy on Aug. 24, 2023 under Chapter 11 case number 23-11235.
