Chicago, March 20 – Vegfinans Viken AS sold an inaugural green bond as a NOK 400 million floating-rate note with a four-year tenor, according to notices.
Interest will be at Nibor plus 52 basis points.
The tenor came within range of when the deal was announced as a four- or five-year transaction.
Proceeds will be used to finance projects made in the Nedre Glomma City Environment Plan, which is a joint city environment plan for Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg.
Handelsbanken Capital Markets acted as sole lead manager and sole green structuring adviser.
The issuer is a freight and logistics service company based in Buskerud, Norway.
