Esken (Stobart) confirms appointment of joint administrators

Chicago, March 21 – Esken Ltd. announced that joint administrators have been appointed of the company.

Clare Kennedy, Daniel Imison and Catherine Williamson of AlixPartners UK LLP were appointed.

The company recently announced a default on its £53.08 million of exchangeable bonds due on May 8.

The bonds were issued when the company was called Stobart Group Ltd.

The issuer is a U.K.-based infrastructure and support services company.
