Germany’s Solarnative examines options, may issue corporate bonds

By Mary-Katherine Stinson

Lexington, Ky., March 7 – Solarnative GmbH is examining its financing options and may issue a high-yield corporate bond, according to a press release.

Previous equity increases totaled over €18 million.

The purpose of the bonds would be to accelerate the company’s growth and diversify its capital structure. Specifically, the funding would allow the company to increase the pace of development for its “PowerStick” micro-inverter in the German market before further expansion into Europe.

Solarnative is a German green tech company based in Kriftel, Germany.
