New Issue: Varagon Capital places $50 million 8.1%, 8.2% notes due 2026, 2029

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 21 – Varagon Capital Corp. entered into a master note purchase agreement on Thursday governing the issuance of $50 million of senior notes in a two-part private placement, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes include $25 million of 8.1% three-year notes and $25 million of 8.2% five-year notes.
Each series is callable at a make-whole premium until three months prior to maturity and thereafter at par.
Varagon is an asset manager that is based in New York.
