BlueMatrix plans new debt financing with investment by Thoma Bravo

New York, Dec. 14 – BlueMatrix plans on getting new debt financing in connection with a strategic growth investment from Thoma Bravo, according to a news release.

Golub Capital is providing the debt financing.

Closing is expected by the beginning of January, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.

BlueMatrix is an end-to-end content creation and distribution platform for investment research providers.
