Novus Capital will redeem callable secured funding notes due 2023

Chicago, Nov. 8 – Novus Capital Luxembourg SA is calling for early redemption its €219 million callable secured funding notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS2556264690), according to a notice.

The series 2022-48 notes were issued under a structured issuance program.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus interest to the Nov. 24 optional redemption date.

HSBC Bank plc is the paying agent.

Novus Capital is based in Dublin.
