Europa University allocates €50 million add-on term loan B

New York, Jan. 22 – Europa University Education Group SLU allocated a fungible €50 million add-on term loan B due November 2029, according to a market source.

Pricing on the term loan is Euribor plus 450 basis points.

BNP Paribas is the sole bookrunner and agent on the deal.

Europa University is a private higher education group in Iberia.
