Boustead Singapore subsidiary inks S$70 million refinancing green loan

Lexington, Ky., Sept. 11 – Boustead Singapore Ltd. subsidiary Boustead Projects Ltd. secured a green loan of S$70 million to refinance Razer SEA HQ in Singapore, according to a notice.

The borrower is Snakepit BP LLP, a joint venture of the company set up for the development of Razer SEA HQ, a development that is home to over 550 employees and comprises about 19,300 square meters in gross floor area across seven floors.

The four-year secured green loan will be under United Overseas Bank’s sustainable finance framework for green building developers and owners. This is the second green loan that the company has obtained from the bank.

Boustead Projects is a provider of innovative eco-sustainable real estate solutions with a regional presence across Singapore, China, Malaysia and Vietnam.
