New York, April 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.1 million of 0% market-linked securities due Oct. 24, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 Futures Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the return of the index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 145% of the index return. Otherwise, investors will receive par.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
