New Issue: UBS $830,000 trigger autocallable contingent yield notes on four stocks

Chicago, April 15 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $830,000 of trigger autocallable contingent yield notes with memory interest due Jan. 24, 2029 linked to the least performing of the American Depositary Receipts of BP plc and the common stocks of Caterpillar Inc., Lockheed Martin Corp. and RTX Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest at a rate of 10.5% per year will be paid quarterly if all four stocks close above their 65% coupon barriers on the related observation date. Previously unpaid coupons will also be paid.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus the fixed coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly valuation date after six months.

If the notes have not been called and each stock finishes at or above its 50% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus any final coupon.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the agents.
