Los Angeles, April 4 – Mutual of Omaha Cos. Global Funding priced an upsized $500 million of 5.35% funding agreement-backed notes due April 9, 2027 at Treasuries plus 85 basis points, according to a market source.
The deal was upsized from $350 million.
Initial price talk was in the Treasuries plus 100 bps area.
BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc. are the bookrunners.
The insurance and financial services company is based in Omaha.
