MediaMath Holdings seeks approval of bid procedures for assets

Olympia, Wash., July 17 – MediaMath Holdings, Inc. is seeking approval of bid procedures for its assets, according to a motion filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company is also seeking approval to choose a stalking horse bidder and provide bid protections.

The bid procedures propose a stalking horse supplement deadline of 4 p.m. ET on Aug. 1 and a bid deadline of 4 p.m. ET on Aug. 8.

An auction would take place on Aug. 14.

A hearing on approval of the bid procedures is scheduled for July 24.

The New York-based company develops digital advertising media and data management technology solutions for advertisers. The company filed bankruptcy on June 30 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10882.
