Do Good Foods takes in $4 million UMB bid for brand assets

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 27 – KDC Agribusiness LLC, which does business as Do Good Foods, said it received a $4 million credit bid from UMB Bank NA for its brand assets, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The company said it hasn’t received any other bids for those assets, or its remaining assets.
An auction scheduled for Oct. 26 was canceled.
The sale hearing is scheduled for Nov. 2, and the deadline to close the sale is Nov. 9.
KDC Agribusiness is a food waste recycling company based in Bedminster, N.J. The company filed bankruptcy on June 14 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10786.
