Unite (USAF) calls 3.374% notes due 2028 for early redemption

Chicago, June 13 – Unite (USAF) II plc is calling the £380 million of 3.374% notes due June 2028 (ISIN: 942125963) for early redemption, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed in full at par plus unpaid interest on June 30.

According to Fitch Ratings, the issue is part of a securitization financing backed by 62 purpose-built student accommodation assets. The notes were issued in 2013.
