A pre-trial conference will be held on July 17.

An evidentiary hearing will begin on July 18.

The hearing will cover the adversary proceeding, the sale motion with respect to the ownership dispute and the free-and-clear dispute and the credit bid dispute.

Orlando, Fla.-based DeCurtis provides guest experience and operational management product-focused SaaS software solutions. The company filed bankruptcy on April 30 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10548.
