Silver Creek gets committee of creditors holding unsecured claims

Chicago, May 8 – Silver Creek Industries LLC’s Chapter 11 case has had a committee of creditors holding unsecured claims appointed, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

The committee includes Vince Axelson representing BBMR Enterprises Inc., Leslie Paulish for B2B Industrial Packaging, John Renken of Chatfield-Clarke Co., Inc., Chad Lundgren for Freedom Painting West Inc. and Calvin Ma from Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc.

The committee was appointed by U.S. trustee Peter C. Anderson.

Silver Creek Industries is a modular construction company based in Perris, Calif. The company filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on April 24 under case number 23-11677.
