AmeriMark gives results of auction; sale hearing set for June 6

Olympia, Wash., June 2 – AmeriMark Interactive, LLC gave the results of an auction held May 31 for its assets in a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company chose Midwest Catalog Brands, LLC’s $52 million offer for its private credit receivables, core and non-core intellectual property and inventory, and certain equipment and fixtures as the winning bid for those assets.

SLR-AMI Acquisition SPV, LLC’s $44.85 million offer for the private credit receivables, $1 million offer for some of the non-core intellectual property and $500,000 offer for the equipment were named backup bids.

FullBeauty Brands Operations, LLC’s $5.25 million bid for the core intellectual property was named backup bid.

SLR-AMI Acquisition’s $45 million offer for debtor LTD Commodities LLC’s assets was named winning bid.

Midwest Catalog and its parent company are affiliates of Integrated Marketing Solutions, Inc. and its subsidiary DM Services, Inc., which are credit service providers to and creditors of the debtors, and SC Partners, LLC. SLR is a prepetition secured creditor and a debtor-in-possession secured creditor.

AmeriMark will seek approval of the sales at a hearing set for June 6.

AmeriMark is a Cleveland-based direct marketer of women's apparel, shoes, cosmetics, fragrances, jewelry, watches, accessories and health-related merchandise. The company filed bankruptcy on April 11 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10438.
