AmeriMark Interactive pushes back bid deadline to May 30

Olympia, Wash., May 26 – AmeriMark Interactive, LLC has moved the deadline to bid on its assets to noon ET on May 30 from 5 p.m. ET on May 26, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The auction is scheduled for May 31.

AmeriMark said it is engaged with several groups of potential purchasers.

AmeriMark is a Cleveland-based direct marketer of women's apparel, shoes, cosmetics, fragrances, jewelry, watches, accessories and health-related merchandise. The company filed bankruptcy on April 11 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10438.
