AmeriMark Interactive pushes back bid deadline to May 26

Olympia, Wash., May 18 – AmeriMark Interactive, LLC has moved the deadline to bid on its assets to noon ET on May 26 from 5 p.m. ET on May 19, according to a notice filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company also plans to reschedule the auction that is currently set to take place on May 22.

AmeriMark said it is engaged with several groups of potential purchasers.

AmeriMark is a Cleveland-based direct marketer of women's apparel, shoes, cosmetics, fragrances, jewelry, watches, accessories and health-related merchandise. The company filed bankruptcy on April 11 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10438.
