AmeriMark Interactive files Chapter 11 with over $100 million in debt

Olympia, Wash., April 11 – AmeriMark Interactive, LLC and six affiliates filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

In its petition, the company lists up to 49 creditors, up to $50,000 in assets and $100 million to $500 million in liabilities.

Its largest unsecured creditors are AmeriMark Holdings, LLC, based in Cleveland, with a $22.57 million promissory note claim, LSC Communications, Inc., based in Aurora, Ill., with a $7.48 million trade debt claim, FedEx Corp., based in Memphis, with a $5.79 million shipper claim and Clarus Commerce LLC, based in Rocky Hill, Conn., with a $2.84 million trade debt claim.

McDonald Hopkins LLC is general bankruptcy counsel, Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP is co-counsel, Riveron Management Services, LLC is providing restructuring services and Consensus Advisory Services LLC is financial adviser and investment banker for the debtors.

AmeriMark is a Cleveland-based direct marketer of women's apparel, shoes, cosmetics, fragrances, jewelry, watches, accessories and health-related merchandise. The Chapter 11 case number is 23-10438.
