Macquarie AirFinance to sell $500 million notes due 2028 on Wednesday; initial talk 8¾%-9%

Portland, Ore., April 10 – Macquarie AirFinance Holdings Ltd. plans to price a $500 million offering of senior notes due 2028 (//BB) on Wednesday, according to market sources.
Initial guidance is 8¾% to 9%.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S five-year notes come with two years of call protection.
JPMorgan is leading the notes sale.
The Dublin-based aircraft lessor plans to use the proceeds to prepay a portion of its term loan and to repay a portion of its revolver.
