Buffalo, N.Y., June 30 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.03 million of notes due June 28, 2027 linked to the J.P. Morgan Large-Cap Dynamic Blend 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will pay a 2.5% annual coupon for the first three years.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the index return.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
