Chicago, May 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $25,000 of 0% bearish market-linked notes due Jan. 2, 2026 linked to the Invesco DB US Dollar Index Bullish fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the ETF falls, the payout at maturity will be plus 1.25 times the absolute value of its return. Otherwise, the payout will be par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
