New Issue: Municipality Finance issues $100 million 4% notes due 2026

Los Angeles, April 3 – Municipality Finance plc priced $100 million of 4% senior notes due April 4, 2026 at par, according to a press release and term sheet.

The notes are guaranteed by the Municipal Guarantee Board.

Nordea Bank Abp acted as dealer for the non-syndicated offering.

The notes are being issued under MuniFin’s €45 billion debt instrument program.

MuniFin is a Helsinki, Finland-based credit institution that provides funding for the public sector in Finland.
