Prospect News reports six new defaults for Jan. 26-Feb. 1

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 3 – Prospect News reported six new defaults for the period of Jan. 26 through Feb. 1.

Prospect News reported Chapter 11 filings made by Auto Plus (IEH Auto Parts Holding LLC), Invacare Corp., Cleveland Integrity Services, Inc., H2-Brands (Nova Wildcat Shur-Line Holdings, Inc.) and Eagle Valley Development, LLC, and a Chapter 15 filing made by Acerus Biopharma Inc.

So far in 2023, Prospect News has reported 28 defaults, including 20 Chapter 11 filings, five missed interest payments, two missed principal and interest payments, and one Chapter 15 filing.

The companies that filed Chapter 11 during the week reported at least $620.91 million in assets and at least $808.14 million in debt collectively.
