New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2 million digital contingent buffered notes tied to EAFE ETF

Chicago, Jan. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2 million of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due Feb. 1, 2024 linked to the iShares Core MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF gains or falls by no more than its 25% buffer the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.5%. The payout will be par less the decline in the ETF if it finishes below the contingent buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
